3G Direct Pay would like to announce to all our registered providers, merchants and vendors that AFB has suspended the advance service effective 1st of June 2015.
1. Can I apply for Easy Advance now? Currently the service is not available and no new applications will be accepted.
2.What happens if I had applied for an Advance and it was approved? First you will receive the funds in your xPay account, if the funds were already sent to you the normal repayments will continue as agreed.
3.Why Was the service suspended ? AFB announced that the advance service for East Africa is currently unavailable, we shall provide details once this service is back on.
4.Will this affect other services offered by 3G Direct Pay? Not at all, all our other operations will continue as usual, our support team will be there to answer any questions you might be having.
